Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in our programs, purchasing a subscription, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

Our programs are designed for ages 6+.

 

All subscriptions and enrollments must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old.

 

Parents are responsible for supervising their child's participation and use of online platforms.

 

Educational Services

Kids Fun Coding provides online coding and STEM-based educational content, including but not limited to:

- Game Design

- Robotics coding

- 3D modeling

- Augmented reality projects

- Minecraft and Roblox-based educational activities

 

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue courses at any time to improve the learning experience.

Payments & Subscriptions

- Subscription fees are billed as described at the time of purchase.

- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

- By enrolling, you authorize recurring payments if applicable.

- If you choose to cancel your subscription, we must be notified by the 3rd day of the initial payment of our classes, or the 3rd day of the automatic payment for any auto-renewal subscription to be eligible for any refund within that month. Requests for cancellation need to be sent via email to support@kidsfuncoding.com.

Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension of access to our classes.

User Conduct

Students and parents agree to:

- Use the platform for lawful educational purposes only

- Not share login credentials

- Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse platform

- Maintain respectful behavior during any sessions or communications

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these standards.

 

Intellectual Property

All content provided by Kids Fun Coding - including lesson materials, videos, curriculum, graphics, branding, and text - is the property of Kids Fun Coding and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

 

Student-created projects remain the property of the student.

Limitation of Liability

Kids Fun Coding provides educational services on an "as-is" basis.

 

We are not liable for:

- Technical interruptions beyond our control

- Third-party platform outages

- Indirect or incidental damages related to use of our services

Parents assume responsibility for supervising their child's online activities.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services may require the use of third-party platforms. These platforms operate independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. Kids Fun Coding is not responsible for their content, policies, or technical performance.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for violation of these Terms & Conditions or misuse of services.
